Help needed finding shops from Stockholm
Help needed finding shops from Stockholm
Hullo!
Im paying short visit to Stockholm at thursday and I'm looking for shops to visit. I can't really search your forum since my Swedish is non-existent..
Of course, im interested mainly about fixed- gear specific shops but other bikeshops as well.
Especially im trying to find 130mm fix-fix rear hub with 36 holes.. (haaaaard) hopefully something cheaper that level rear hub with specially drilled holes.. If u know about these... It would be pleasant surprise..
Thanks for helping me out
Cheer,
Seb

Heres some stores in the northern part of the town. Theyre located pretty close to each other (except for Cyklig.)

Norvelo/DrSpoke Vanadisvägen 44 (RR, Fixed, MTB, custom)
http://www.norvelo.se/shop/cms-4.html
Cykling Frejgatan 32 (RR, FG, comute)
Cykloteket Norra stationsgatan 75 ( RR. DH, MtB, Comuters choice...)
http://www.cykloteket.se/
Cyklig Råsundavägen 115 (RR)

..and heres two on the southern part of town.
ECI

CykelCity Södermannagatan 12 (RR)

I strongly recommend ODD number, Norvelo and ECI. But all are good, "high-end" stores.
Theres yet one more store on Södermalm/(STHLM - Southpart) called Gevert/Gefvert/G12 (??) but rumours says that he´s closed...definitly worth checking out though...

Re: Help needed finding shops from Stockholm
We're about to ride into a ferry in a moment and will be in Stockholm tomorrow. How is it with Oddnumber and Tandem? Are they closed for good? Any new fixie shops in town? Anything happening on thursday evening there? polo?
Re: Help needed finding shops from Stockholm
Oddnumber and Tandem are closed. To my knowledge there are no new specific fixieshops. There are a few bikeshops with some cogs and frames, might be just the ordinary stuff... About thursday evenings, I haven't got a clue if there's anything bikerelated going on, sorry! But I wish you a good time in sthlm!tnts wrote:We're about to ride into a ferry in a moment and will be in Stockholm tomorrow. How is it with Oddnumber and Tandem? Are they closed for good? Upp!

Chrisc wrote:Upp!
